With membership comes access to our home improvement services. From interior and exterior painting to carpentry and handyman projects. We work with and connect you to the best craftsmen and contractors in the area.

Happy Place Membership

BESPOKE PRICING This membership is for those that want an all inclusive home concierge service. We custom-tailor a plan that fits your unique needs, year round. We will make sure that the house is warm, the pantry and fridge are stocked and the finishing touches are perfect for your stay. This membership is for those that truly want to head to their Happy Place knowing everything is taken care of.

Annual Membership

YEARLY $3,300 This membership includes regular house checks and daily updates in inclement weather. 24/7 access to our emergency membership line and the option to have us added to your security system alerts so that we are able to assist in a timely manner. Also included is access to home improvement service by our team as well as seasonal opening and closing of your property. Seasonal and property needs are individually tailored to each household.

Home Check

MONTHLY $275 Home inspections of your property when you are away with a detailed report highlighting any issues. We will also be there for emergencies that occur during inclement weather and to make sure all is well with your heating system. You will have 24/7 access to our membership line. During active membership you have access to our general contractor services.

Life is busy. You bought your second home because you wanted a place where you and your family could make memories and slow down to enjoy the beauty around you. If your work week has been extra long, as a member with MPS, there is no need to dread that to-do-list. We will have the fridge stocked and any additional tasks taken care of so you're able to enjoy your time with those you love. Allow us to handle routine maintenance, facilitate contractor visits, and any other needs tailored to your home and family. If there is an emergency we are there 24/7 with our Members only number so that you can take a deep breath and know it is all going to be taken care of.

About Us

About Us image
         The team at Mahoosuc Property Services is led by Zach and Danna Louison. The pair started this business in 2019 seeing a need in the area for property management and home improvement services. Zach grew up in Boston and spent much of his childhood traveling between the city and the beautiful mountains of Bethel. Skiing is a passion for Zach and he found himself in Bethel for a season trying his hand at snowmaking during the winter of 2014. Danna grew up in Bethel as the great granddaughter of Alden Wilson who helped excavate the main streets of Bethel along with the first trail at Sunday River. Danna spent time traveling the country but always had a strong calling to come back to the beauty that is Bethel. The two met in 2015 and are raising two adventurous young boys. Between Zach's building and handyman skills and Danna's eye for design and background in Hospitality, the two make a dynamic team.
